With this combined approach, one can use it for improving all aspects of life whether it is to improve sports performance, relieve stress or chronic pain and return to activities, or gain more happiness and more of a healthy lifestyle.

It is limiting to only focus on strengthening the body if you have negative thoughts, bad habits, or high stress levels.  When you change the way you see things, the things you see change.  This is key to being able to really promote and maintain a positive change in your life.

If you join the Positive Mindset Challenge, you will have the Positive Mindset workout along with 10 positive daily meditations to listen to, one for each day.  You are encouraged to walk or jog for a minimum of 20 minutes each day as this is the minimum amount of time for the exercise to cause the body to release endorphins, the body’s natural happy chemicals.

10 Daily Positive Meditations

JANUARY 22-28th 2017

Experience a yoga retreat in the convenience of your home by joining this weeklong yoga retreat that focuses on creating a more positive mindset. Live online group yoga classes will be offered each morning and evening with a Positive Mind Training session at the beginning, middle and end of the week.  During this session, clients are guided through a visualisation exercise using NLP and meditation to promote more positive thinking.

A menu complete with a shopping list and recipes is emailed to each client prior to the start of the retreat.  The idea is to create a more healthy lifestyle that one can continue long after the retreat.
